The brand has inaugurated two dedicated EV stores in Gurugram, situated in Sector 14 and Sohna Road, introducing the new brand identity, TATA.ev. These stores represent the first physical embodiment of the brand's sales and service experience. Departing from conventional 4-wheeler showrooms, TATA.ev stores are crafted around the principles of sustainability, community, and technology. They will showcase the brand's three EV models: the Tiago.ev, the Tigor.ev, and the Nexon.ev.

The showroom showcases a dedicated commitment to sustainability in its design, construction, and daily operations. It utilizes recycled or recyclable materials, many of which are certified by global green certifiers. Another key focus is fostering community engagement, inviting visitors not only to purchase Tata EVs but also to enjoy shared moments such as coffee from Blue Tokai, connect with fellow EV enthusiasts, and participate in events listed on the EVOLVE community calendar.

The third design element focuses on technology, carefully incorporating digital features to support, not overwhelm, visitors. Screens offers owner testimonials, address EV concerns and myths, showcase customization options, and provide personalized welcomes for families receiving their Tata EVs.
