The 3rd gen Honda Amaze has been launched in India with significant improvements. The Amaze now comes with a new design, new features, and better safety. The Honda Amaze has become the most affordable car in India to offer ADAS. The Amaze now offers several segment-first features and continues to get the same 1.2-litre NA petrol engine mated with a 5-speed manual and a CVT gearbox.

Last Updated on 14th Feb'25 : The prices of the 3rd generation Honda Amaze have increased, as the introductory prices have ended. The prices have gone up by Rs 30,000. Specifically, the new starting price is Rs 8.09 lakh, which is over Rs 10,000 higher than the previous starting price. Meanwhile, the top trim has seen the biggest increase of Rs 30,000, with its new price starting at Rs 11.19 lakh.
Honda Cars India has launched the 3rd Gen Honda Amaze at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Amaze comes with a new design, more features, and improved safety features. It continues to get the same 1.2-litre petrol engine with a 5-speed manual and a CVT gearbox. The Amaze is launched in three variants namely V, VX, and ZX.

Honda Amaze Detailed Review
- The 3rd gen Honda Amaze features an all-new design language which offers it a new appeal. The new Amaze follows the concept of ‘Iconic Lights and Impactful Strong Face’. It features a bold and wider front grille with a new Chequered flag pattern, a new chrome line at the front, sharp bumper lines with a new fog lamp assembly, sleek LED DRL and it now comes with a new bi-projector LED setup.
- The side profile gets strong shoulder lines giving it a sharp side profile, it gets 15-inch machined cut alloy wheels which enhances its stance from the side. The rear now comes with a new sleeker LED taillamp setup, a new bumper, enhancing the rear profile of the sedan.

- The interior of the new Amaze has also received a revamp and it now boasts more premium components. It features plush seats, a new dashboard with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment, a new semi-digital instrument panel, all-seat headrests, a unique design on the instrument panel console, a beige and black two-tone interior theme, rear armrest with cupholders among other features.
- If we talk about the additional features, the new Amaze offers automatic climate control with max cool function, wireless charging, paddle shifters, auto-folding mirrors with electric adjustment, PM 2.5 filter, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, among other premium features.
- The Amaze continues to get the tried and tested 1.2-litre NA 4-cylinder petrol engine. This engine produces 90 PS of power and 110 Nm of peak torque. This engine is known for its refinement and efficiency and comes paired with a 5-speed manual and a CVT gearbox.
- If we talk about fuel economy, the brand claims that the manual transmission offers an efficiency of 18.65 kmpl and the CVT offers an efficiency of 19.46 kmpl. Honda has now added a new fuel injection ECU that enables the engine to communicate with the vehicle and control Honda SENSING technologies.

- Additionally, the Amaze now comes with 6 airbags as standard, ISOFIX seat mounts, ABS with EBD, brake assist, rear parking sensors, traction control, hill start assist, and many more safety features.
