2020 Mahindra Mojo BS6 vs Royal Enfield Himalayan - Spec Comparison

Mahindra Mojo was first launched in the year 2015 and it became very popular in a short span of time. The Mojo 300 was a preferred choice among the motorcycle touring enthusiasts. Upon launch, it was one of a kind motorcycle with no direct rivals. But, gradually with the passage of time, more and more tourers and adventure motorcycles were launched in India. Its first direct rival in India was the Royal Enfield Himalayan which recently got a BS6 update. The BS6 Mojo will also be launched soon in the country. So, today we have for you a detailed spec comparison of the upcoming 2020 Mahindra Mojo BS6 vs Royal Enfield Himalayan.

2020 Mahindra Mojo BS6 vs Royal Enfield Himalayan: Looks and Colour Options
The Mahindra Mojo was earlier sold in two variants: base-spec UT300 and the top-spec XT300. However, in 2019, the company launched the ABS version of the Mojo based on the UT300 and since then it is sold in a single variant only. The Mojo gets an unconventional design language which draws mixed opinions. It has a solid presence, thanks to its massive twin headlamps, bulky stance and chunky exhaust. As a tourer, it is a great motorcycle because it offers punchy performance, a large fuel tank and relaxed sitting posture. The BS4 Mojo was available in Volcano Red and Ocean Blue colour variants and we don't expect the BS6 model to get any new changes.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan, on the other hand, looks more modern and has a better aesthetic appeal. For 2020, along with the BS6 update, the company has made some cosmetic changes that make it look more attractive than before. Upfront it gets a round headlamp with a tall fly screen (visor), front fork cover gaiters, an aluminium bash plate and more. It also gets a tall seat with an upright handlebar, rear LED lights and spoke-wheels for better off-road capabilities. The Himalayan BS6 is available in six colour variants. They are Snow White, Granite Black, Gravel Grey, Lake Blue, Rock Red and Sleet Grey colour shade.
