2023 Yamaha R15 V4, Aerox 155, MT-15, & R15 S have been updated in India. The new lineup is now BS6 Phase 2 compliant & gets exciting updates.

In lieu of the new BS6 Phase 2 norms update, Yamaha India has launched its new product lineup. The new bikes like the 2023 Yamaha R15 V4 and other models including the Aerox scooter; have been refreshed. Read all of the details below.

2023 Yamaha R15 V4 Details

The most popular model of Yamaha is the R15 V4 sports bike. Yamaha has updated it with an all-new OBD2-compliant engine. This engine is also E20 ethanol fuel compliant as per Yamaha. Additionally, the sports bike is now equipped with a quickshifter as standard. This feature will help riders to seamlessly gearshift the motor at the redline. Also, to make it look more interesting a new white colour has been added to its lineup. Meanwhile, the design & engine power, and the rest of the features remain the same. This new colour, ' Intensity White', is priced at Rs 1,85,900 ex-showroom pan India.

New Aerox 155 Details

Yamaha's performance scooter Aerox 155 has also been revised. As per the company, it has been a game changer since its launch. However, the recent update has brought a first-in-class Traction Control feature. Additionally, it is now equipped with a hazard light warning system. Also, a new silver colour option has been added to its lineup. Meanwhile, its engine has been revised accordingly to the new BS6 Phase 2 norms. Hence, it is now OBD2 compliant and also E20 fuel compliant. The pricing of the Silver Aerox is Rs 1,42,800.

MT-15 & R15 S Update Details

Yamaha has also updated the MT-15 V2 naked sports bike & the R15 S bike. The MT-15 V2 now gets two new colour options. These include dark matte blue & metallic black colour options. Meanwhile, the engine of it is also BS6 Phase 2 emission norms compliant. The rest of the bike is unchanged in terms of features list as well as design. The previous colour options are also available along with these two new colours. Its pricing is Rs 1,64,900.

On the other hand, the R15 S model has also undergone slight changes. The first change is a new LCD screen on the bike. Additionally, the engine of it is also BS6 Phase 2 compliant. In order to do it, new OBD2 sensors have been deployed that take care of the real-world emission levels from the bike. The pricing of the updated R15 S is Rs 1,63,400.
