Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector's Edition; Details

The G 63 Collector's Edition has been developed jointly by Mercedes-Benz India and the Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India team. This is the first time that the German car maker will do an India-inspired Collector's Edition model, and as such, the car will take inspiration from Indian themes. We can expect bespoke body colours, exterior enhancements and interior theme inspired by Indian tapestry.
The car maker has not shared any other specific details about the upcoming Collector's Edition G 63, and given that the G 63 continues to be quite popular in its segment, we can expect customers to lap up the upcoming Collector's Editon, given how exclusive it is going to be.

However, we can expect the G 63 to remain unchanged mechanically, featuring the same he 4.0-litre V8, twin-turbo petrol powertrain, producing 576bhp and 850Nm of torque, while paired to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The powertrain receives a 48V electrical system with an intelligent starter-generator system providing an extra 20.1bhp. It also continues to receive the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. Other things include launch control, AMG active ride control suspension, with active hydraulic roll stabilization and adaptive adjustable damping.
