BMW F 450 GS, one of the highly anticipated adventure motorcycles, was spotted testing in Southern India fully camouflaged and was captured in the moment. This bike had typical BMW aesthetics/styling, and overall, it appears like an offspring of the R 1300 GS. That said, this motorcycle is expected to break cover at EICMA 2025, which will be held from November 6 to 9 in Milan, Italy. Let's learn more details about it below. BMW F 450 GS

Now, the most important talking about the F 450 GS is its engine - an all new 450cc, twin-cylinder, and it is expected to produce 45 bhp and somewhere 45 to 50 Nm of toruqe. To add more, this engine is being co-developed by TVS at its Housar, Tamil Nadu plant. Now, let's talk about this adventure bike - it appears like it has a front-beak like mudguard, raised exhuast but not that high to contact with a small bags, as seen in the photos. Moreover, the front tyre section appears to be of 19 Inch and 17 Inch at rear.

This motorcycle was showcased at EICMA 2024, where it stole the show with its overall aggressive design and BMW aesthetics. However, the concept model had spoke knobby wheels, but here they are in a block-pattern tubeless setup with alloys.

Also, in the photos, the TFT screen is visible, which will include multiple features like switchable ABS, traction control, ride modes, wireless connectivity, and more. Additionally, the front USD forks are painted in gold, and the bike features a wind deflector and disc brakes on both wheels. Pricing is expected to be set at Rs 4 lakh to Rs 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

Verdict
Upon launch, the BMW F 450 GS will compete with other premium brand adventure motorcycles such as the Honda NX500, newly launched Benelli TRK 502X, KTM 390 Adventure, and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
