Recently, Yamaha launched the FZ-X at a starting price of Rs 1.17 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. This retro bike was long-awaited and is now available in two variants with the higher version priced at Rs 1.20 lakh getting the latest technology features. Just recently, Yamaha introduced the official accessories for the FZ-X and it starts from as low as Rs 300. Let's have a look at them!

Seat Cover

This one starts from as low as Rs 300 and it helps to protect the original seat from the rains, heat and even when stray animals sit on your motorcycle during the night. This is a waterproof and dustproof seat cover.

Engine Guard

To protect the bike from any crash is the priority for every rider out there and Yamaha's crash guard really comes in handy at Rs 800. It is specially designed for the FZ-X only.

LED Indicators

At Rs 1,400, the optional LED indicators really bring better visibility than the halogen unit. It is quite surprising that the bikemaker decided to give LED headlights with Daytime Running Lights but saved on the indicators part. These flashers really look more premium than the stock versions.

Yamaha FZ-X is powered by a BS6 compliant 149.6 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This unit generates 12.4 PS of power with a peak torque of 13.6 Nm. This is the same engine as present in the Yamaha FZ-S and gets a 5-speed manual gearbox. The suspension is handled by telescopic forks at the front and the rear gets a mono-shock absorber. A single-channel ABS with disc brakes at both the front and the rear tyre is observed.
