Ducati Multistrada V2 India Launch Date Announced - Check All Details!

The new Ducati Multistrada V2 is all set to make its Indian debut and will launch on April 25. The bike is one of Ducati's 11 new launches slated for 2022 and is one of the most awaited adventure tourers in the country. This new Ducati will be a predecessor to the Multistrada 950 which has been on sale in India for a long time now. Having said this, here are all the details that you know about the upcoming 2022 Ducati Multistrada V2 in India.

For starters, the Ducati Multistrada 950 S is priced at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) but the new Multistrada V2 will be considerably more expensive. The new brand will be offering the bike with some minor updates and might also introduce a lower-spec variant of the bike as well in India. The new bike now offers a new clutch, updated gearbox, and weight reduction, all thanks to lighter mirrors and wheels.

The new bike also gets a new engine cover design and redesigned connecting rods. The power and torque output, however, remains unchanged and the bike will continue to boast a peak power and torque output of 113 hp and 96 Nm respectively. Other changes are offered in the form of a new seat and repositioned footpegs that offer a more comfortable and ergonomic seating position.

The Ducati will continue to get the same suspension setup, brakes and electronics. In addition to this fully adjustable suspension, the bike gets 320 discs at the front and 265 mm disc at the rear. The electronic features include ABS, traction control, selectable ride modes, and child hold function. It also gets a full headlight, 5-inch TFT dash, backlit switches, cruise control, and a bi-directional quick shifter
