Ducati Multistrada V4, V4 S Launched in India - Prices & Details

Ducati India has finally launched the all-new Ducati Multistrada V4 and the Multistrada V4 S in India. The Multistrada V4 is an all-new motorcycle from the ground up and its name also serves a strong purpose as 'Multi-Strada' means 'many roads', thus, falling in line with the motorcycle's sheer ability to dominate all roads with ease. The price of the new Ducati Multistrada V4 starts in India at Rs 18.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom pan-India and in this article, we have shared with you all the details about these new adventure tourers.

Ducati Multistrada V4, V4 S - Price in India

The all-new Ducati Multistrada V4 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 18.99 lakhs for the Ducati Red colour shade. The Multistrada V4 S, on the other hand, has been priced at Rs 23.10 lakhs for the Ducati Red colour shade and Rs 23.30 lakhs for the Aviator Grey colour variant. All the prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. Ducati has announced that these all-new adventure tourer bikes will be available in all Ducati showrooms across the country by early next week and the bookings for the same are already open.

Ducati Multistrada V4, V4 S - Engine and Hardware

The all-new Ducati Multistrada V4 and the V4 S are powered by the same V4 Granturismo engine. They get a BS6 compliant 1158cc liquid-cooled engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft and twin pulse firing order that churns out 170 PS of power at 10,500 RPM and 125 Nm of peak torque at 8750 RPM. The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox with an advanced ride-by-wire system. The Multistrada V4 gets Marzocchi's suspension bits while the V4 S is equipped with a semi-active Marzocchi suspension with Ducati Skyhook Suspension Evolution system. Both these bikes ride on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear tyres and these are Pirelli Scorpion Trail units.

Ducati Multistrada V4, V4 S - Features

The Ducati Multistrada V4 is the first production bike in the world to adopt radar technology and they get a host of other features too. The Multistrada V4 gets a 5-inch colour TFT display while the V4 S gets a 6.5-inch unit. These bikes also get adaptive cruise control, a bi-directional quick-shifter, blind-spot detection, Cornering ABS, Ducati Wheelie Control, Cornering Ducati Traction Control, etc. What are your thoughts on these motorcycles?
