The Bajaj Avenger is always appreciated for its cruising abilities and a comfortable and easy riding experience. However, with the fuel prices rocketing sky high and many governments imposing bans on old petrol vehicles, a lot of people are now considering upgrading to electric powertrain and here is an electric Bajaj Avenger Hybrid bike that features an EV conversion kit sourced from GoGoa1. Here are all the details about this unique and environmentally friendly bike.
For those wondering, the price for this conversation kit from GoGoA1 stands at Rs 27,760 and is currently on sale online. This new conversation kit offers a hybrid powertrain that can run on pure IC petrol power mode or on battery power depending on the conditions and speeds. Components of these conservation kits include a 2000 W, 17-inch brushless hub motor, a regenerative controller, wrist throttle, disc with catcher, mounting plate, and a coupler.
While the battery pack of the hybrid EV kit is mounted at the rear of the bike, the front tyre has been replaced with a new 17-inch wheel. This new wheel gets a brushless motor hub with an updated braking setup. In addition to this, there is a dedicated switch on the handlebar that switches between the pure hybrid mode and petrol mode. Speaking of the battery pack, this electric Bajaj Avenger gets a 72V, 35A Lithium-ion pack that powers the battery at the front.
A dedicated controller too has been installed after making some minor changes. In the electric mode, this modified Avenger offers a maximum range of around 40-50 km on a single charge while the top speed is restricted to around 60 kmph.
