Hero VIDA: Extended Warranty

Battery health and long-term durability remain top of mind for EV buyers. To tackle this, Hero VIDA now offers extended warranty coverage for up to 5 years or 75,000 km across 11+ critical components. In addition, customers get an extended battery warranty of 5 years or 60,000 km, which directly addresses fears of early battery degradation, typically the most expensive part of an EV.
Resale Value Secured
Depreciation is another sticking point in EV adoption. VIDA's new Assured Buyback plan allows customers to return their scooter after three years for up to 67.5% of its original ex-showroom value. This not only protects resale confidence but also encourages easier upgrades to future models.

Connectivity & Charging Subscription
Through its VIDA Edge subscription, the company is bundling unlimited fast charging access with more than 40 digital features.
