With a price tag of Rs 5.5 crores, the deal is utterly delicious. If you think the regular AMG GT was alien-looking; wait until you see the Black Series. And yes, the limited edition is not just eye-candy; it surely knows how to be fast around the track. That's why it is the fastest Mercedes at the world-famous Nrgring race track as well. Let us remind you that this limited edition AMG was unveiled 2 years ago. Only 100 units were allotted out of which 2 were destined to land in India. And why such delay? Because it is a completely hand-crafted supercar.

Enough of the praises, let's get down on what's different from the regular AMT GT car. Well for beginners, the most powerful AMG car ever made. It uses a flat-plane crankshaft V8 engine that produces 730hp and 800Nm of torque via a modified AMG-spec 7-speed DCT transmission. This leads to 3.2 seconds for a 0-100 kmph sprint, 0-200 kmph in 9 seconds, & a top whack of 325 kmph! Woah! Indeed amazing, right?

And what are the changes to the body? Well, the track-focused Black Series uses a new set of low-slung carbon fiber parts all around. The front is based on a larger grille with carbon fiber air dams for enhanced airflow. There is a manually adjustable splitter along too. Even the bonnet has two air-dam scoops made from carbon fiber. A big carbon fiber wing at the rear is a trademark in itself for the limited-edition supercar.

Perhaps, the 19-inch forged alloy wheels are used to hold the tarmac at extreme speeds. The company also made sure to use the adjustable adaptive dampers along with the manually-adjustable camber and roll bars on both axles, along with an uprated braking system.
Interiors of the Black Series use a mix of black Nappa leather along with Orange stitchings along with the AMG package. Mercedes has used the carbon fiber treatment on the inside as well; all over the trims.
Although, we will not be able to see more than 2 of these due to the limited production number. But, the rivals are also equally competitive & exquisite as well. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Lamborghini Huracan STO, & Aston Martin DB11 are the potent rivals for this limited-edition Mercedes supercar.
