Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

The new Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS biggest change is that its power figures have gone high. Yes, the 1,160cc, 3-cylinder engine makes 183 hp and 128 Nm of torque, which is 3 hp and 3 Nm higher than current models. Triumph achieved this via installing the freer-flowing exhaust system on Speed 1200 RS.

Other paramount mechanical change include - electronically adjustable Ohlins SMARTEC3 suspension. This setup aims to provide a better overall riding experience, as the previous Speed 1200 RS suspension was too stiff for everyday conditions. Now, this is Triumph responding to the feedback of the customers. Moreover, this latest 2025 model will ride on Pirelli Supercorsa V3 tyres, but the tyre profile remains the same - 120/70-ZR17 and 190/55-ZR17 (rear). More small changes are - now it comes with steering dampers, and independent adjustability on wheelie control.
Prices and Colours

This Triumph bike is available in three colour options and thankfully they all cost the same, Rs 20.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The name of these colours are:-
- Granite / Diablo Red
- Jet Black
- Granite / Triumph Performance Yellow

Verdict
Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS price has gone up by Rs 2.44 lakh, but it does get several mechanical changes, which are going to change the riding experience in a positive way. Also, this British naked sports bike is actually the affordable option in super bikes category as it rivals - Ducati Streetfighter V4, and KTM 1390 Super Duke R, are bit more expensive. At the moment, we don't know much about its booking and availability status, so one needs to visit Triumph showroom.
