Ola S1 Electric Scooter Range Gets Updated With New Colours

Ola S1 electric scooter range has been updated with new colour options. The e-scooter now comes with a total of 11 paint options.

  • The S1 & S1 Pro get a Gerua colour option
  • Total 5 new colours have now been added to the S1 model
  • No additional price hike for the new changes

In lieu of Ather 450X Gen 3's latest update of new colours; Ola has come into action. The current Ola S1 electric scooter range has been revised with new colours as well. Ola has also reintroduced the Gerua colour which was earlier available on the S1 Pro. Read more details of this update below.

Ola S1 Colour Update Details

Recently, Ather updated its 450X e-scooter with new colours. With that said, it is one of the main rivals to the Ola S1. Hence, an update is what Ola thought was pending. Therefore, the S1 e-scooter is now updated with new colours. Briefing up, the top-variant S1 Pro now gets reintroduced with Gerua colour. This colour was discontinued earlier but it has now been reintroduced. Additionally, the S1 now gets five new colour options. These include - Marshmallow, Millennial Pink,  Anthracite Grey, Midnight Blue, and Matt Black.

Meanwhile, there are no other changes to the e-scooter. Thankfully, Ola has not hiked the prices with this update. On the other hand, Ola is soon going to open service stations pan India. In order to do this, Ola will soon start a subscription-based package for servicing. Additionally, the Ola experience centers will also have dedicated service desks. Here, customers would be able to reserve dates & times for servicing their Ola e-scooter as per their own preferences.

In other news, Ola recently introduced the Move OS3 software update for the S1 range recently. With the new OS update, the e-scooter now gets more connected features like Proximity lock/unlock, Hill Hold, Mood lights, etc.

Verdict

The addition of new colours and the recently revised OS has made the S1 even better. However, the competition isn't far behind as most of its rivals in India have been updated in recent times. Some of its main rivals in India are - Bajaj Chetak & TVS iQube Electric.
