Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo
This is the only hatchback which gets the highest discount of Rs 55,000 in the market currently. This figure is further seen as Rs 45,000 as cash and another Rs 10,000 as exchange. Under the hood, it gets a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine which makes 99 bhp with a peak torque of 172 Nm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Hyundai Grand i10
Another Rs 55,000 discount on the pre-lift version of the Nios. Yes, the Rs 40,000 as cash + Rs 15,000 exchange is applicable on the older Grand i10 which now comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine only. This unit gets a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Maruti S-Presso
The entry-level mini SUV from India's largest carmaker, Maruti, the S-Presso is available with a total discount of Rs 45,000. This is further seen as Rs 20,000 as cash, Rs 20,000 as exchange and another Rs 5,000 as cash discount in select cities. The S-Presso comes with a 1.0L engine that is available with both 5-speed manual and an AMT gearbox as optional.
Hyundai Santro
One of the entry-level hatchbacks from the South Korean carmaker, the Santro is available with a total discount of Rs 45,000 for some variants. This particular figure is available for Magna, Sportz and Asta variants. This discount is further seen as Rs 30,000 as cash and another Rs 15,000 as exchange.

Renault Kwid
The closest competitor to the Maruti S-Presso, Renault Kwid has found its popularity in the rural areas more. It is a hatchback with a decent engine and also packs in a good amount of features in a budget. It is available with a total discount of Rs 44,000 which is further seen as Rs 20,000 as cash offer, Rs 15,000 as exchange and another Rs 9,000 as corporate. However, this discount is available on the RXL AMT variant only.
