Reliability and After-sales Service

Honda Cars are always known to be reliable and the WR-V is no different. The Honda WR-V is a very reliable crossover and one need not worry about after-sales service too. Honda has its dealerships and service centres across all Tier-I, Tier-II and even Tier-III cities of India. Moreover, big metro cities have multiple dealerships within just a radius of a few kilometres. So, one can own a Honda car with complete peace of mind.

CONS
No Automatic Transmission

The new 2020 Honda WR-V doesn't get an automatic transmission with any engine option. Its kind of sad as its younger siblings gets an automatic transmission with both engine options. The Honda Amaze gets a CVT gearbox with both petrol as well as the diesel engine. Honda should have offered CVT at least with the petrol engine as most of the buyers now prefer buying a car with an automatic transmission.

No Adjustable Headrests for the Rear Passengers

The Honda WR-V is a very spacious family car with comfortable seats. However, it misses out on adjustable rear headrests which kind of spoils the rear-seat experience for the tall riders. Honda should have offered adjustable headrests for the rear seats to enhance the rear-bench experience.

Pricing

The new 2020 Honda WR-V Facelift BS6 is available in two variants SV and VX for both petrol and diesel engine models. The petrol engine-powered SV MT is priced at Rs. 8,49,900 while the VX MT is priced at Rs. 9,69,900. Talking about the diesel engine, the SV MT is priced at Rs. 9,79,900 and the VX MT is priced at Rs. 10,99,900. All prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. This pricing is slightly on the premium side compared to its rivals. Honda could have priced it a bit more aggressively. The new WR-V Facelift rivals the other compact SUVs which include Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford Ecosport, Hyundai Venue and Mahindra XUV 300.
