Royal Enfield Classic 350 New Engine Details

Updated with a new engine, the Classic 350 is now E20 fuel-compliant. Mind you, the government of India recently implemented strict emission norms. Named as BS6 Phase 2 emission norms; the new law is destined to reduce the emission from the vehicles. Hence, RE has decided to update the Classic 350. In fact, the Classic 350 remains one of the best-selling models for RE. Hence, the new engine has been made compliant with E20 fuel as well. While the E20 fuel regulation is currently not implemented; the government has plans to mandate the E20 fuel in the coming years. Therefore, the new engine.

However, there are no other changes to the bike whatsoever. It looks the same, it has the same features, & even the colour options are the same. But, the new engine is now a less emission generator. Meanwhile, it still is a 349cc single-cylinder unit. This engine makes a peak power of 20.2 bhp & 27 Nm of peak torque. A 5-speed transmission is offered on it.
