Royal Enfield 350cc Bikes Now On Flipkart

For now, the e-commerce sales channel for Royal Enfield 350cc bikes will be limited to Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai, with more cities expected to follow in the coming months. Buyers can browse and book their motorcycles directly on Flipkart, with flexible financing and payment plans on offer. Once the order is placed, all post-booking processes such as registration, delivery, and after-sales support will continue to be handled by the customer's chosen Royal Enfield authorized dealer, ensuring a smooth handover.

The announcement comes right before Flipkart's Big Billion Days Sale (from September 23), which adds to the buzz. Buyers will now have the option to add a Royal Enfield motorcycle to their shopping cart alongside gadgets, apparel, and home appliances starting from September 22 onwards. Royal Enfield has confirmed that customers purchasing via Flipkart will enjoy the same GST-linked price benefits as dealership walk-ins. With the implementation of the GST 2.0 policy, prices of the 350cc models have been revised down by up to Rs. 20,000, making this online rollout even more attractive. Meanwhile, the brand's larger capacity models, including the Himalayan, Guerrilla 450, and the 650cc twins, will see price hikes of up to Rs. 29,500.

Official Statement

Commenting on the partnership, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director, Eicher Motors Ltd. & CEO, Royal Enfield, said: "Partnering with Flipkart allows us to meet today's digital-first customers where they are, providing a simple and convenient way to purchase their motorcycles online. While the sales process is digital, the final delivery and after-sales experience remain personalized through our dealer partners."

Verdict

Royal Enfield's decision to list its 350cc range on Flipkart marks a significant step toward modernizing their motorcycle buying journey in India. By merging the convenience of e-commerce and the extent of its dealer network, the brand is not only enhancing accessibility but also widening its reach. While the service starts small with five cities, its expansion could reshape how Indians buy motorcycles in the years to come. For now, the timing, lower GST prices and the festive shopping season, couldn't be better for enthusiasts planning to bring home a Royal Enfield.
