Suzuki Gixxer Series Updated With New Colours And OBD-2B Compliance

Suzuki Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd. has updated its Gixxer Series for 2025 with new colour options and made the engines compliant with OBD-2B to meet government emissions regulations. This series includes the Gixxer 250, 250 SF, and 150cc bikes. In total, there are four models that the brand has updated, and the series' most affordable bike costs Rs 1,37,900 ex-showroom. Suzuki Gixxer SF 250/SF
This sportsbike with sports fairing body is now OBD-2B compliant and its 249cc engine delivers 26.5 PS and 22.2 Nm of torque. Usually engines after meeting this government requirement produces a little less power, but that is not the case with Gixxer series. Also, the SF is available with powertrains, and second one is one 155cc, that puts out 13.6 PS and 13.8 Nm of torque.
The SF 250 new colours are: Metallic Mat Black No. 2, Metallic Mat Black No.2/Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red, and Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White. It costs Rs 2,07,000 ex-showroom.
Talking about the new colour options of the 155cc SF: Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Oort Gray/Metallic Lush Green, and its ex-showroom price is set at Rs 1,47,400.
Suzuki Gixxer 250/155
The street-naked version, which sells better than the SF, also gets two engine options: the same 249cc and 155cc. Power figures are exactly the same, but prices are different. The Gixxer 250 ex-showroom price is Rs 1,98,000, and customers here have the option to choose between these three new colours: Metallic Mat Black No. 2, Metallic Mat Black No. 2/Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red, and Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White.
The second iteration with the 155cc engine now starts at Rs 1,37,900 and gets the same paint treatment as the SF with the 155cc engine.

Verdict
Suzuki's two-wheeler division updated all of its small bikes yesterday and set a higher starting price. All the revisions are quite minimal and don't affect the riding experience.
