The plant currently employs over 1000 people, including both staff and technicians. In the next 3 to 4 months, the company plans to add another 1000 jobs in the region as part of its production expansion. To support this growth, Tata Motors has invested in training its workforce, offering programs like Diplomas, Bachelor's degrees, and Master's degrees where applicable.

In alignment with Tata Motors' dedication to sustainability, the plant has a 50 KW solar rooftop installation. Notably, the facility is designed to be water-neutral and is anticipated to achieve water positivity by December 2024. This means that it will contribute more water than it consumes, reflecting the company's commitment to responsible resource management.
