TVS Ronin 225 Cruiser Named As The New Bike - Launch On July 6

TVS Ronin 225 cruiser is the name of the new bike launching on July 6. It will be a cruiser bike with a single-cylinder engine rivaling Royal Enfield.

The buzz is increasing & the excitement is intensifying as TVS is approaching to the launch of its new bike. A few days back, the leaked photo of the headlight design of this bike went viral (see here). Now, contrary to the anticipations, the official name is leaked online. Yes, the new motorcycle from TVS is a cruiser. No, it is not the Zeppelin R but the TVS Ronin 225 Cruiser.

TVS Ronin 225 Cruiser Details

While we at 91Wheels are excited to receive the launch invitation of this mystery bike, the name is now known to all. But, what are the rest of the details that we know so far about this upcoming bike?

First, it is going to be a cruiser-stance bike. This means that the riding posture will be relaxed & ergonomics are going to be well-suited for highway rides. Also, as the name suggests, it is a 223cc, single-cylinder bike. Additionally, it is suspected to come with a 5-speed gearbox. We think that the power & torque figures will be in the range of 20 bhp & 20 Nm respectively.

Second, it will use USD fork suspension at the front. This indicates to us that the structure is going to be solid. Equating the USD to general language, the Ronin is anticipated to nicely take over the bad roads.

Third, the features are going to be segment matching or even maybe more. Primarily, expect a full-digital instrument cluster. It will be round-shaped similar to the T-shaped headlight to carry the retro theme. The lighting will also be LED all over the bike.
