Bajaj Pulsar N125: What To Expect?

The new Pulsar N125 will be based on the existing Pulsar diamond-type frame as visible via the spy shots. The design is going to be inspired by the Pulsar N150 as it'll get a sharp front with an LED headlight, extended fuel tank shrouds, and split seats. The riding posture looks semi-sporty as the tubular handlebar is set upright but the footpegs are a bit set towards the rear. Overall it looks like a slim commuter bike that has a sporty stance & design.

Feature-wise, we suspect that it'll get an LED headlight, an LED taillight, a digital LCD console, a USB phone charger, and Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation. The spy shots show that it'll get 17-inch alloy wheels, tubeless tyres, disc-drum brakes, & a box-type swingarm.

Bajaj already sells the Pulsar 125 in India which boasts the iconic Pulsar design. However, the N125 will get a new design but its engine is suspected to be carried over from the Pulsar 125. This means that it'll get a 125cc air-cooled unit that makes 11.82 bhp of peak power & 11 Nm of peak torque. This will come mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The launch timeline of the Pulsar N125 is expected around the upcoming festive season. Upon launch, it'll rival the Hero Xtreme 125R & TVS Raider 125. The pricing of the N125 could be around Rs 90,000.
