Volkswagen car offers and discounts September 2026 – Save Up to 6 lakh this month

Volkswagen has rolled out fresh discounts this September. The offers cover the Virtus, Taigun, Tiguan R-Line, and Tayron. Savings depend on the model and variant. Model year also plays a big role. Buyers can expect cash discounts, exchange bonuses, and loyalty rewards.

Tiguan R-Line Gets the Biggest Discount

The Tiguan R-Line leads this month's offers. Total savings can reach Rs 6 lakh. This includes a Rs 3.5 lakh cash discount. There's also a Rs 2 lakh exchange bonus. A loyalty bonus of Rs 50,000 is included too. Buyers can choose scrappage instead of exchange. That option gives Rs 20,000 instead.

Taigun Discounts Differ by Model Year

The outgoing Taigun offers stronger discounts. MY2025 (Model Year) units get up to Rs 2 lakh off. There's also Rs 1 lakh in liquidation support. MY2026 units get a smaller cash discount. That discount goes up to Rs 1 lakh. Buyers can also claim an exchange or scrappage bonus up to Rs. 30,000. A loyalty benefit of Rs 20,000 applies too. Total savings can reach Rs 3.5 lakh.

The updated Taigun has smaller discounts. Cash benefits range from Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000. The GT Line trim gets Rs 20,000. Topline AT and GT Plus DSG Sport get Rs 25,000. The same exchange and loyalty offers apply here. Exchange and scrappage cannot be combined. Buyers must also pick either loyalty or corporate benefits.

Virtus Offers Go Up to Rs 1.55 Lakh

Virtus discounts also depend on model year. MY2025 units get up to Rs 75,000 off. MY2026 units get a smaller Rs 50,000 discount. Buyers can add an exchange or scrappage bonus. A loyalty benefit of Rs 50,000 is also available.

The best deal is on the MY2025 Topline. Both MT and AT versions qualify. Combined savings here reach Rs 1.55 lakh. MY2026 Topline trims max out at Rs 1.30 lakh.

Tayron Savings Reach Rs 1.5 Lakh

The Tayron gets no direct cash discount. It still offers solid overall savings. Buyers get a Rs 1 lakh exchange bonus. A loyalty bonus of Rs 50,000 is included. Total savings can reach Rs 1.5 lakh. Scrappage buyers can claim Rs 20,000 instead.
