Yamaha Motor announced a new colour for the R15 in India. The company has introduced Dark Knight, priced at Rs. 1.82 lakh (ex-showroom). Compared to the Racing Blue colour version, this particular shade costs Rs 4,000 less, making it more affordable. It's important to note that the motorcycle's components and features have not altered.

Yamaha R15 Dark Knight Colour

The just-released Dark Knight colour scheme features a matte black paint with eye-catching golden highlights. The body panels of the motorcycle are tastefully finished in black, while the alloys and body graphics have and golden hue. The Yamaha FZ line already offered the Dark Knight colour. This new shade is more affordable than both the Racing Blue and Intensity White colours. In addition to the three aforementioned colors, the R15 V4 is also available in a striking Metallic Red color option.

The motorcycle has a wide range of features and functionality. Among other prominent features, these include a side stand engine cutoff, USD forks, dual-channel ABS, LED lighting, quick shifter, riding modes, and a digital instrument cluster.

Yamaha R15 comes equipped with a standard 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that delivers a power output of 18.4 bhp and a peak torque of 14.2 Nm. This engine is coupled with a 6-speed transmission for smooth gear shifts. Additionally, certain bike variants are equipped with quick shifters, enabling effortless upshifts for enhanced convenience.
