Yamaha recently updated the FZ 25 and FZS 25 line-up in the Indian market and now offers two new colour options to the buyers - Racing Blue and Metallic Black. While the Yamaha FZ 25 price starts from Rs 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Yamaha FZS 25 on the other hand is priced from Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Having said this, here is what the 2022 Yamaha FZS 25 new colour looks like in real life. In one of the recent videos uploaded by Youtuber Nitish Neo, the new FZS 25 can be seen with a matte copper colour shade. This new colour shade not only looks better but in addition to this, also boasts a stronger and unique road presence. This new colour shade gives the bike attractive graphics and golden alloys while a number of components are finished in black colour to contrast well with the copper colour shade. No major styling changes have been made to the bike. Both the bikes continue to be based on a diamond frame.

On the features front, this street-sport bike comes with bi-LED headlamps, side slung exhausts, side stand engine cut off switch and negative LCD instrument console. In addition to this, the buyers also get features like dual-channel ABS, fly screen, etc. Apart from this, the bike also gets a dual disc brake setup and knuckle guards.
Powering the Yamaha FZ 25 and FZS 25 is a 249cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC engine that churns out 20.5 hp and 20.1 Nm of maximum torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and offers impressive driveability. The front of the bike gets telescopic forks while a 7-step adjustable mono-shock absorber is offered at the rear.
