2024 KTM RC 200: What Has Changed?
The 2024 update for the RC 200 has brought two new exciting colour options. These include a blue and orange combo and a black and white combo. The blue-with-orange colour is similar to the 2024 KTM RC 390 update. The black and white colour is inspired by the RC 8 super sports bike.
However, the update just ends here. KTM has not changed anything on the bike. In fact, the digital instrument cluster is still the same. It is powered by the same BS6 phase 2-compliant 200cc liquid-cooled engine as before. This engine generates 25 bhp of peak power and 19 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch does the transmission duties on it.
Feature-wise, the bike is unchanged. The updated model is now available in global markets. Its Indian debut is expected in the coming weeks. Pricing might not differ from the current bike due to the minimal changes. In India, it competes with the Yamaha R15 V4.
Verdict
The RC 200 is considered as one of the most fun-to-ride beginner track bike. Its super sporty posture and powerful engine make for a fast riding experience. The latest colour update will attract young buyers looking for more road presence with the sportbike essence.
