1. Dual-Zone Climate Control
The Mahindra XUV 3XO has now personalized the cabin even more with dual-zone climate control for the front passengers. This is also a segment-first, where no other SUV offers this practical feature until now.
2. Panoramic Sunroof
While the segment already had single-pane sunroofs, the XUV 3XO ventures even further to elevate the standards by offering a panoramic sunroof, another segment's first element. This is going to be a big factor in raking big numbers for the brand as Indian buyers still drool over a big sunroof. However, there are reports suggesting that Tata Nexon is now also working on a panoramic sunroof, but until then, 3XO takes this one.
3. ADAS
The Mahindra 3XO is the first in the sub-meter SUV segment to offer a Level 2 ADAS with a comprehensive list of features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, and much more.

4. Electronic Parking Brake
The Mahindra XUV 3XO offers the convenience of an electronic parking brake that the Nexon still misses out on. While it may or may not be a dealbreaker for many, it is still a nifty feature to have. And obviously, when you can have it, why not have it?
5. All-Wheel Disc Brakes
This is something that is a crucial addition that takes the safety of the XUV 3XO, a notch up than the Tata Nexon. While both SUVs are pretty robust and rake in 5 stars in the GNCAP crash test rating (XUV300 was a 5-star rated SUV), the inclusion of an all-disc brake set-up helps in even more efficient braking capabilities.

Verdict
Mahindra has built an SUV trying to recreate the success it has with the XUV700 in the segment. While the XUV300 was now aged and somewhere stood in the backdrop when it came ot compact SUV, the XUV 3XO is making sure that it is there to lead to pack. It will be intersting to see how these 2 fare against each other as the toime goes by.
