Now that the front profile is fully revealed, we can confidently say the new Taigun looks fresh and aligned with larger Volkswagen SUVs such as the Tayron R-Line, Tiguan R-Line, and even the globally sold ID.4 electric SUV. It features connected LED DRLs and sleeker headlamps. The bumper appears to integrate gloss-black plastic elements, adding a more premium touch.
The good news is that front parking sensors are finally included, although there is still no 360-degree surround view as a front camera is missing. Another interesting highlight is the now-illuminated VW logo. Morever, there are three colours seen in photos - cherry red, cipressino green metallic, and oyster silver metallic.

Overall, it appears to be bold and elegant, and has gained more finesse. Now, let's wait till 9th as to se what price-point VW launch this beast.
Commenting on the development, Piyush Arora, Managing Director & CEO, Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited, said, "The start of production of the new Volkswagen Taigun underscores the maturity of our world-class manufacturing ecosystem in India. Our Indian manufacturing facilities are geared to deliver global-quality vehicles with high levels of localization, enabling us to respond quickly to what customers demand in India and in export markets. The Taigun stands as a perfect example of this approach, engineered in line with Volkswagen's global benchmarks and produced in India with a sharp focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. As we roll out the new Taigun, we are further solidifying India's position as a strategic production and export base for the Group."
