Hero Mavrick 440 Officially Teased Ahead Of Official Launch

Hero Motocorp is preparing to reveal its flagship motorcycle, the Mavrick, on January 23, 2024. The bike has been seen during testing, and now the company has released a teaser, offering a sneak peek at its design. The recently unveiled teaser displays the motorcycle's silhouette from the front and top angles. The Mavrick's front will feature a circular LED headlamp accompanied by LED DRLs. Noteworthy details from the teaser include an offset instrument cluster and a single tubular handlebar. The top view reveals a robust tank with sharp extensions, a single seat, and a thick pillion grab rail.

Notable details captured in the spy shots comprise LED turn indicators and alloy wheels featuring a diamond-cut pattern. The circular tail light stands out, diverging from the rounded-rectangular design seen in the HD X440. Another distinct feature is the raised placement of the rear mudguard and the existence of a shorter fender at the front.

The motorcycle, inspired by the Harley Davidson X440, will be equipped with the same 440cc single-cylinder engine. The tuning of the Mavrick may vary slightly from the HD X440, where the latter generates 27 bhp of power and 38 Nm of peak torque.

Hero Mavrick Launch & Rivals

The unveiling of the Hero Mavrick is set for January 23, 2024, with an expected ex-showroom price of over Rs 2 lakh. In terms of competition, it will be pitted against motorcycles like the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Triumph Speed 400, and other bikes with similar engine specifications.
