Mercedes-Benz expands its customer services program Premiere Express Prime

The Premiere Express Prime allows customers to get their vehicles serviced in three hours. If failed to do, then the service is rendered as complimentary.

Indias largest luxury carmaker, Mercedes Benz India has announced the extension of its service program Premiere Express Prime to a total of 11 cities and 25 franchise partner locations. Along with it, Mercedes has also extended its Fast Lane Body and Paint program to 22 Franchise Partner locations.

The Premiere Express Prime was an industry-first after-sales service that was launched in 2019.  It was introduced to save customers time when getting their vehicles serviced, and also to ensure its disposal in the shortest possible timeframe.

On the other hand, Fast Lane Body and Paint service is the insurance scheme in case of accidents. As part of this scheme, the automaker promises to fix accidental damages in or less than 3 days.  This ensures a quick turnaround time to optimize operations, cutting downtimes, and employing faster-drying components, while maintaining high repair work standards.

In addition, with Mercedes Benz looking forward to launching as many EVs as possible in the future, they have launched EV readiness across all touchpoints. 48 workshops of Mercedes Benz India are equipped to handle electric vehicles with MB academy certified resources at their disposal.
