Launched on March 1, 2026, the Ola Insiders program is an exclusive loyalty and community offering available to over 1 million Ola Electric owners across India. It focuses on three main pillars: vehicle upgrades, additional vehicle purchases, and referrals, each offering structured benefits for participants.
Major Benefits Offered
- Vehicle Upgrade Incentives (Up to Rs 50,000): Owners of older Ola Electric models, including Gen 1 and Gen 2 scooters, can upgrade to the newer Gen 3 S1 scooter range or the Roadster motorcycle lineup with benefits of up to Rs 50,000. The incentive is designed to support existing customers who wish to transition to the companys latest products.
- Add On Vehicle Benefits ( Upto Rs 20,000): Customers purchasing an additional Ola Electric vehicle under the same registered name can avail benefits of up to Rs 20,000. These may include cashback and select feature upgrades, such as MoveOS enhancements, depending on eligibility and model selection.
- Referral Rewards: The program also includes a referral component. The referrer can receive up to Rs 5,000 in Ola credits upon delivery of the referred vehicle, while the new buyer is eligible for Rs 1,000 cashback.
