2026 Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650

The 2026 Super Meteor 650 has been spotted testing on the road overseas, hinting at a mature evolution of the existing Super Meteor 650. Well, going by the spy shots, we can make out that it retains the same design as the outgoing model. The fuel tank, body panels, seat, tyres, everything remains identical to the outgoing model. Seems like RE is going with "refine" not "redesign" approach.

One of the most notable changes is the revised rear suspension setup, the current has been called a lot for its stiff rides. The test mule showcases an updated twin-shock absorber system for better rides. Secondly, the RE is fine-tuning the front USD forks for response and feedback. Moreover, ditching the old semi-digital instrument cluster, it seems to have a fully digital instrument console. However, we can expect Bluetooth connectivity with some features, including turn-by-turn navigation, ride information and more.
Powertrain

Despite these updates, the engine remains unchanged. The 648cc parallel twin engine, which powers the existing Super Meteor 650, continues to do the job here as well. This engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox, belts out 46.3 bhp and 52.3 Nm of torque.
