Mercedes C-Class Facelift: Mercedes Benz has started testing the upcoming C-Class update. The C-Class is getting an update after four long years of its existence, since 2021. The automaker also seems to be interested in extending the life cycle of the currently available C-Class by revealing the new facelifted version by late 2025. Mercedes C-Class Facelift Spyshots
The updated C-Class will have some new additions, making it similar to other models such as S-Class and E-Class. Recent spy shots of the updated C-Class hint at new headlamps, grille and a new design theme. The test mules have similar tail lamps as the current C-Class, but they don't seem production-ready and are expected to be replaced by the three-pointed star LED elements derived from E-Class. Another notable element is the three-pointed star LED DRLs which if arrived in the C-Class, will be a common thing in all the Mercedes models.
Updated C-Class: Upgrades
As for the upgrades, we are expecting the new C-Class to get new alloy wheels. Mechanically, there would be no change and it would retain the same petrol and diesel engine options. On the feature front, the new E-Class will be equipped with the brand's new MBUX setup and more safety features, aligning it with the latest E-Class standards.
Mercedes C-Class Facelift - Launch Timeline
The C-Class facelift's global launch is still distant and may happen in the last quarter of 2025. We are expecting the new C-Class to hit the Indian shores somewhere in 2026. Once launched, the C-Class will lock horns with the BMW 3 Series and Audi A5.
