Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 Detailed Review
The cafe racer-style motorbike Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 has a lot of personality. The Continental GT 650 has a classic appeal like virtually all other Royal Enfield bikes, but it also features a lot of high-end contemporary components. This motorbike has a rectangular turn signal and a round headlight up front with chrome surrounds. Although the motorcycle's headlight is not LED, it has an outstanding beam spread. You won't be dissatisfied with the motorcycle's lighting performance even on the roads because it provides adequate illuminating power. The handlebars of the motorbike are facing the rider because it is a cafe racer, and because it is a throwback motorcycle, it has rear-view mirrors with chrome accents, which look great.

This retro motorcycle rides on 18-inch tubeless radial tyres. However, since it gets spoke wheels and not alloys, these tyres perform as tube-type units. The front tyre of the motorcycle measures 100/90-R18 while the rear one is a 130/70 section R18 unit. For braking duties, the new Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 gets disc brakes at either end. The front suspension consists of 41mm telescopic forks, while the rear suspension consists of dual gas-charged shock absorbers with preload adjustment. The bike is supported by a single 240mm disc brake at the back and a single 320mm disc brake up front, both connected to ByBre four-piston callipers with Dual-channel ABD.
The Continental GT 650 offers a good ride quality and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all. On the features front, a single seat with a race cowl, clip-on handlebars, and spoked wheels are included with the Continental GT 650. A speedometer and tachometer are seen on the Continental GT 650's twin-pod analogue instrument panel. Additionally, it has a tiny multi-information display (MID) in the middle that includes trip metres, an odometer, a fuel gauge, a clock, etc. Instead of using LEDs, the Continental GT makes do with traditional bulbs for its headlamp, taillight, and indicators.
