Maruti Dzire facelift

Last Updated on 19th Mar'24 : The test mule of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift has been spotted on test at a high altitude, the newly spotted test mule sports an electric sunroof which is an interesting addition to the facelift. 

Design & Dimensions: The design of the upcoming Dzire will take some design cues from the fourth-generation Swift which made its debut in the global market. We can anticipate changes to the bumpers, and grille, new body creases, and a subtle change to the alloy wheels among some other cosmetic changes. The dimensions are expected to remain the same as the current generation. 

Interior: The interior of the facelift is expected to get a new dashboard design with new AC vents, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, new HVAC controls, and a new colour theme for the seats and other parts.

Engine: The Dzire facelift is expected to get the new 1.2-litre 3-cylinder, Z-series engine. This engine generates 82 bhp of power and it gives a fuel economy of 24.5 kmpl. We can anticipate the 1.2-litre CNG petrol engine to remain the same. 

Launch: The launch of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift is expected to take place in the coming months. The brand will first launch the updated Swift in the Indian market and then we can anticipate the launch of the Dzire facelift soon after. 

Rivals: Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift will continue to compete with the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze, and Tata Tigor. Among these the Hyundai Aura & Tata Tigor comes with a factory-fitted CNG similar to the Maruti Suzuki Dzire.
