Say hello to the 2026 Honda Elevate facelift launched today at a starting price of Rs 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom), an introductory price for some time. This facelift brings several meaningful changes to the car based on customer feedback received over the years. It continues with a tried-and-tested 1.5L i-VTEC engine with two gearbox options. Read till the end, as we have clearly explained what all this iteration receives along with the prices of each variant.
Honda Elevate Facelift
The most apparent changes are visible at the front, where the new Elevate gets a bold mesh grille with connected LED DRLs. The DRLs feature a unique light-bar design with three separations. Apart from this, the LED headlight design remains unchanged, as does the bumper with its silver skid plate. The fog lamp housing is now finished in body colour, whereas it was finished in black plastic earlier. You can also spot the camera for the 360-degree surround-view system between the grille elements. Another noticeable change is that the Honda logo has now been moved onto the bonnet.
Moving to the rear profile, the new Elevate now gets connected LED tail lights, giving it a wider and more premium look. However, the design of these lights remains the same as the outgoing model. The rest of the bumper design has also been carried forward, with the same silver skid plate and reflectors. It also gets newly designed 17-inch alloy wheels and front parking sensors.
Honda Elevate Facelift Interior Changes
This is the section where Honda has made meaningful changes based on customer feedback, and the biggest one is that the front seats are now power-adjustable. The driver’s seat gets 8-way adjustment, while the passenger seat gets 4-way adjustment. Plus, both seats now come with a ventilation function. Another change is the new design of the front panel, which features AC vents and automatic climate controls. The AC unit screen now displays PM2.5 and AQI levels, along with an auto clear-air function. Rest, the infotainment touchscreen remains the same 10.25-inch unit, while the driver gets a semi-digital instrument cluster.
In the central console area, Honda now brings an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a feature that was missing in the outgoing model but was present in most of its rivals.
At the rear, Honda has added another new feature, with the rear seats now getting a ventilation function, which customers will appreciate. Honda has also made changes to improve noise insulation inside the cabin. The company says it has used an IP duct insulator, higher-density acoustic layers, and a new set of fender arcs. This should result in more refined acceleration and a calmer cabin, Honda says.
It continues to offer features like Level 2 ADAS, now with a new low-speed follow function, a lane-watch camera, a premium 8-speaker system, ambient lighting, a wireless charging pad, and Type-C ports.
Engine
There are no changes to the powertrain setup. It continues with the 1.5-litre i-VTEC four-cylinder engine, which is compliant with E20 petrol. This engine makes 121 PS and 145 Nm of torque and is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT. Plus, Honda says this engine is now WLTP-compliant too.

End Note
Honda Elevate continues with its 3-year/unlimited-km warranty, which can be extended up to 7 years or 1,20,000 km, a warranty package that very few automakers provide in this era. Plus, all the changes have been made based on customer feedback, and Honda has gone ahead with the rare feature of rear ventilated seats, which is unique in this segment.
The most interesting thing here is Honda's claim that the NVH levels of the SUV have improved. It will be exciting to see how the cabin experience has changed, as people in the past have noticed higher NVH levels in the Elevate, which were not quite up to Honda's standards.
