Mahindra XUV 3XO New Edition Details

This new edition of the Mahindra XUV 3XO shows off certain details, like a new body-coloured panel on the nose, which is usually where your grille is. This treatment is similar to what most of us have seen on the XUV400, and we suspect we will see something similar on the electric version of the XUV 3XO as well. The front bumper also appears to get a mild redesign.

The new edition of the XUV 3XO also seems to get new alloy rims with a dark finish. However, the profile continues to look familiar, and we can expect the same at the rear of the car as well. The interiors too are likely to be carried over unchanged. It already offers features such as Level 2 ADAS, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, wireless smartphone charging, twin-LED projector headlamps, panoramic sunroof, a Harman-Kardon premium sound system with an amplifier and sub-woofer, powered ORVMs, a 360-degree camera, and a cooled glovebox among other things.

The powertrains are also going to be carried over as it is. The 1.2-litre, turbo-petrol powertrain produces 108bhp and 200Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque converter. The other 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol unit puts out 128bhp and 230Nm, with the same gearbox options. The diesel is a 1.5-litre unit, putting out 115bhp and 300Nm of torque, paired to either a 6-speed manual or an AMT.
It remains to be seen where this new edition XUV 3XO will slot in; stay tuned for the details!

Verdict
