Bajaj Celebrates 20 Years Of Pulsar-Mania, Offers Exclusive Discounts

Completing 20 years together, Bajaj celebrates pulsar mania and  on Monday announced a cash benefit of Rs 4000 on its best-selling models, Pulsar NS160 and Pulsar 150 SD. Bajaj offers exclusive discount for a limited time period.

The motor corp is not only offering a cash benefit but also offering a  Rs 18,348 low down payment scheme on these two motorcycles for a limited time frame with terms and conditions applied. For more information, one can contact the nearest authorised Bajaj Auto Service center. 

Pulsar NS 160, for now, is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Pulsar 150 SD is priced at Rs 1.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. Pulsar NS 160 competes against the likes of TVS Apache RTR 160.

NS 160 is an old player, powered by a 160cc single-cylinder engine with 4 valves and two spark plugs. It produces 17.2 PS of maximum power at 9000 rpm and 14.6 Nm of peak torque at 7250 rpm.

Whereas the Pulsar 150 SD, a good city-commuter, is powered by a 150cc single-cylinder engine generating 14 PS of maximum power at 8500 rpm and 13.25 Nm of peak torque at 6500 rpm. Bajaj has also installed a single-channel ABS to enhance the ride quality of the bike. 

Pulsar NS 160 and 150 SD being a sporty looking commuter still manages to be a fuel-efficient bike in its segment. NS 160 claims a mileage of 45 kmpl whereas 150 SD claims 65 kmpl.

Pulsar being a youth-oriented bike, it is available with different color schemes. The NS 160 is available with three color options - metallic pearl white, burnt red, and pewter grey whereas, 150 SD has four dual-tone color options - blue/black, red/black, black/red, and white/black.

Bajaj is all set to launch the bigger Pulsar later this year which will be based on an upcoming all-new platform. This upgraded platform will be later installed in several upcoming iterations of its best-selling Pulsar. Don't miss the Bajaj's exclusive discount offer.
