In a bold move, Kawasaki has announced 7 years of extended warranty on the KLX 230, aiming to enhance the ownership value. So, the KLX 230 already comes with 3 years of standard warranty, and now you can avail a 7-year extended warranty at Rs 2,499. This extended warranty covers all components from engine to the gearbox components.

The Kawasaki KLX 230 is powered by a 233cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which belts out 18.7 hp and 18.3 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, it comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Coming to hardware, it is suspended on a high-tensile steel perimeter frame. However, it is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear. Meanwhile, the braking duties are handled by a 265mm single disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear.
