On the first day of Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, Porsche has launched the Macan EV and the facelift of Taycan. Both electric superfast cars stole the spotlight at the Global Expo, and I am here to tell you about these vehicles. Porsche Macan EV
The Macan EV is a new vehicle here. While its ICE version is a popular choice among young buyers, the German sports car titan has launched its electric version at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 on the first day. The automaker has introduced three variants: Macan, 4S, and Turbo. The Macan starts at Rs 1.21 Cr, the 4S variant at Rs 1.36 Cr, and the Turbo at Rs 1.68 Cr. Porsche Taycan
Although Porsche unveiled this facelift model in July 2024, they have now fully launched the car. This 4-door electric sports sedan is available in two variants: 4S and Turbo. The 4S variant, with dual motors, produces 462 PS and 695 Nm of torque, while the Turbo variant generates a colossal 1034 PS and 1240 Nm of torque. The range is 626 km, and it can accelerate from 0 to 200 km/h in just 8.2 seconds.

Verdict
Porsche displayed several cars at Hall No. 6, including the 911 Carrera 4S, Panamera GTS, and 911 GT3 RS. Their hall was the most popular among all the automakers, as everyone has a favorite Porsche or has heard about the brand. The Taycan is already super popular, and the Macan EV, with its practicality and speed, has the potential to become a hit product. Last year, Porsche achieved record-breaking sales in India, selling 1,006 units. Let's hope these two models take that success to a whole new level.
