What's New?

Tata Punch EV already comes in five shades: Empowered Oxide, Seaweed, Daytona Grey, Fearless Red and Pristine White. Other than these, the manufacturers have recently added two new shades to the palette: Pure Grey and Supernova copper. Meanwhile, all colour options are available in dual-tone shades with a black coloured roof. Apart from this, the charging speed has also been increased. Now you can juice up from 10-80% in just 40 minutes with a DC fast charger, which earlier took about an hour. This implies an overall 90km range addition in just 15 minutes of charging.

Features

The Tata Punch EV comes packed with a plethora of features. On the convenience side, you get a 10.25-inch infotainment along with 10-25-inch digital instrument console. Additionally, it gets a wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, air purifier, 6-speaker sound system, ventilated front seats and a single-pane sunroof. Safety doesn't take a back seat either, with six airbags ABS with EBD, 360-degree camera, hill hold control, blind spot monitor and much more.
Powertrain
The Tata Punch EV offers two battery pack options: 25 kWh and 35 kWh, which deliver a claimed range of 265km and 365km, respectively. Power is sent to the front wheels via a permanent magnet synchronous motor that produces 82 PS and 114 Nm in the Standard variant, while the Long Range variant gets a more powerful 122 PS motor with 190 Nm of torque. Both variants support multiple drive modes: Eco, City, and Sport
