Ola Electric recently debuted a new electric scooter and gave the public a sneak peek at an upcoming electric car. The company previously disclosed plans to introduce a new electric vehicle in 2024. The latest teaser offers a look of the forthcoming car's interior and front profile. Following the first teaser that was revealed on Independence Day, this is the second teaser for the car.

Ola Electric Car Teaser

The car's futuristic interior appeared in the recent teaser. The cabin will have a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument display, and a two-spoke steering wheel with touch-based controls. Despite the teaser's lack of a head-up display, the vehicle might also come with one. Additionally, the minimalist dashboard design will have hidden AC vents since none are visible in the teaser.

In terms of the exterior, the teaser clearly depicts the future car's front profile. With an LED light bar in the middle, the front is equipped with two compact LED headlamps. The illuminated OLA logo is available above the light bar. Additionally, the back of the car has thin LED light strip that span its width is available. At the back, there is an illuminated "OLA" logo. The brand has teased that the automobile will also include handle- and keyless doors.

Upcoming Ola Electric Car Powertrain

According to company claims, the Ola Electric car can go over 500 kilometres on a single charge and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds. The manufacturer also states that the vehicle will have a 0.21 drag coefficient. The battery pack's and powertrain's other specifications are still unknown. Although the precise release date of Ola Electric's new car is unknown at this time, it will occur in 2024.

Verdict: The planned Ola electric car will face competition from models like the Hyundai Kona, MG ZS EV, and BYD Atto 3. In its new production plant, Ola Electric plans to build almost a million of the electric vehicles per year in its new production facility.
