Renault Kiger recently received a major update for 2025, where several variants were updated with new features and top trim prices were slashed, and now its facelift has been spied for the first time, fully camouflaged, with the photo showing its side profile. Renault Kiger
The Renault Kiger is based on the Renault-Nissan CMF-A+ platform, which is also the base of cars like the Triber and Magnite. It has been selling in India since 2021, and people who prefer a cool-looking compact SUV choose the Kiger. The spied Kiger doesn't really offer any new details, as one can easily suspect that it is the same model that currently sells. Plus, even the placement of the LED headlights and tail-lights is the same. Even the alloy wheels behind the protective covers don't spark any curiosity, but we think Renault will add diamond-cut alloys of 16 inches this time, which will add a touch of premiumness to this sporty SUV.
We suspect that its both bumper will be tweaked with a newer design, and grille could also be bigger, with lots of chrome following the current trend in automotive world. For features, it might get a bigger 10 Inch infotainement screen, along with a new and updated digital driver's display. Also, the interior upholstery could get a refined with dual-tone options.

Verdict
The Kiger is a pretty decent vehicle for city commutes and justifies its price tag with the overall product. However, it doesn't feel very premium, and the NVH levels aren't great when compared to rivals. So, this vehicle was in need of an update, and finally, its testing is happening. Lastly, for people who prefer their car to be quick, the turbo engine will feel more suitable, as the standard engine in this car is quite basic and feels unrefined.
