The Hyundai i20 has been around for some time now and has been setting the benchmarks for the premium hatchback segment with some segment-leading features along with an appealing design philosophy and an engine tuned for driver’s delight. With the latest update, the premium hatchback has improved upon its design and a few bits in the inside of the cabin. It comes with an option for a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol mill paired with a manual or iVT gearbox. Those looking for more grunt with their i20 can go for the performance-oriented N-Line, with a more potent 1.0-litre turbo petrol for the more enthusiastic circle. The mileage with the turbo petrol, however, will drop, if you are more of a floor-the-throttle kind of driver.

Last Updated On 8th Sep'25: Hyundai’s premium hatchback, the i20, has recently received the Knight Edition. Available from the Sportz variant up to the top-spec Asta (O) with IVT gearbox, this edition offers blacked-out exterior and interior enhancements along with an exclusive Knight emblem. With these updates, the car’s overall appeal and sporty character have been elevated.

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched a new Magna Executive variant of the i20, priced at Rs 7.60 lakh (ex-showroom). Along with this, the brand has introduced a new Magna IVT option with added features. The Sportz (O) variant also gets additional equipment, including BOSE speakers, Z-shaped LED tail lamps, fully automatic temperature control (FATC) with a digital cluster, and more.
