The Hero Xpulse is a great option for those looking to buy their first adventure motorycle. However, there is a set of buyers who have been yearning for a bigger Xpulse. While a 210cc Xpulse may not exactly be that much bigger, it is good news nevertheless.

Hero Xpulse 210: Things To Expect
The spy video shows two motorcycles being tested. While it is difficult to confirm the identity of the other motorcycle, one of them appears to be the Xpulse 210, given the familiar engine from the Karizma XMR that is visible in the video. The Karizma XMR's 210cc, liquid-cooled engine offers effortless performance at higher speeds; something that the current Xpulse 200 4V falls behind on.
Hero could likely alter the tuning of the 210cc powertrain from the Karizma XMR and then plonk it into the Xpulse, which should then make it just as capable on the road as it is off of it. The current Xpulse's USP is its kerb weight, which gives easier access to beginners to hone their ADV skills. With this upgrade, the kerb weight will likely go up, but not to the extent that it deters beginner riders away completely.

In terms of design, the test motorcycle appears slightly more muscular and larger than the current Xpulse, and we also expect it to be kitted similarly to the Karizma XMR, with an updated LCD cluster, bluetooth connectivity, ride modes, ABS, and navigation. Similar to what Hero does with the current Xpulse now, the Xpulse 210 could also get a more hardcore Pro sometime later.
We can expect Hero MotoCorp to showcase the Xpulse 210 at EICMA 2024, with a possible debut sometime in 2025. While the current Xpulse 200 4V is priced at Rs 1.47 lakh, the Xpulse 210 could likely command a Rs 10,000 premium.

Verdict
The current Xpulse 200 4V is an excellent beginner's ADV tool, and with the upgrade to the Karizma XMR's engine, more riders will get easier access to a motorcycle that's more refined and capable than before, while still retaining the easy-going nature of the current motorcycle.
