Citroen India has launched the automatic version of its C3 Aircross SUV. The automatic variants are launched at a starting price of Rs 12.85 lakh. It is available in two different versions. Citroen C3 Aircross Automatic: All Details

As mentioned above, the C3 Aircross automatic is going to be sold in two variants: Plus and Max. The Puls will get fewer features like only a 5-seat layout. The Max will offer better features along with an option of Flexi-Pro seating which is basically a 7-seat layout with a removable third row.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 1.2-lt, turbo-petrol engine. This engine churns out a peak power of 109 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque. The torque on automatic variants is higher by 60 Nm as compared to the manual versions. The gearbox offered is a 6-speed torque converter for better drivability and smoothness.
Feature-wise, it'll continue offering wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, touchscreen infotainment, digital instrument console, rear AC, etc. The rivals of the C3 Aircross include the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Grand Vitara.
Verdict
With the introduction of automatic gearbox option, Citroen aims to revive its low sales. In fact, the C3 Aircross has not been a success as the company expected. Now, the auto versions shall eliminate the sore missing point of the C3 Aircross.
