After dropping the C3X teaser yesterday, Citroen India has launched this feature-loaded variant today, starting at Rs 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This variant introduces 15 new features and has also revised the entire price lineup. Now, the C3 starts at Rs 5.25 lakh, while the top variant, the C3X Shine Turbo AT, is priced at Rs 9.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Let's dive into the details below. Citroen C3X

As we mentioned earlier, the C3X recieves - push start button, leatherette interiors, and cruise control, but it has been updated even further with - keyless entry throught proxi sense passive entry. Also, 360-parking camera with seven view modes, an auto-dimming IRVM, all LED light setup, and saftey features have taken a rise. As 6 airbags have become standard, plus ISOFIX child seat anchorage, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, and seat belt reminder. Other saftey features it carrieforward is ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors.

The top-end variant, C3X, is available with both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines. It starts with the Shine variant, featuring the NA engine and a manual gearbox, priced at Rs 7.90 lakh. The 360-degree parking camera is available as an optional feature for an additional Rs 25,000, while the CNG kit can be added for an extra Rs 93,000.
Talking about engines - there are two 1.2L 3-cylinder engines: one naturally aspirated and the other turbocharged. The NA engine produces 82 PS and 115 Nm, mated to a 5-speed MT. The turbocharged engine, offers more power, delivering 110 PS and 205 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox, and 190 Nm of torque with 6-speed manual. So, in total there are three gearbox options.
