Grab The 2021 Volvo XC40 At Rs 3.26 Lakh Discount In May

Volvo India has announced a remarkable discount of Rs 3.26 lakh on the XC40 for the month of May. The XC40 retails at Rs 41.25 lakh but with the discount, it is available at just Rs 37.99 lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, India.

The XC40 packs in a 2.0-litre, turbocharged petrol engine. This motor churns out 187 bhp at 5500 RPM with a peak torque of 300 Nm at 1300 RPM. This is a front-wheel-drive SUV and the engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox with Sports mode.

The top speed of all Volvo vehicles now gets limited to 180 kmph only. This step is taken to ensure safety measures. The Swedish carmaker is also planning to bring the XC40 Recharge that is expected to be launched in October this year. Design-wise, the Recharge will retain most looks just like the conventional XC40.

Feature-wise, the Volvo XC40 packs in a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system that hosts function like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SUV packs in a panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate, Harman Kardon stereo system and others.

Safety features on the XC40 include seven airbags, tyre pressure monitoring system, middle three-point seatbelt, ABS with EBD and ESP, hill hold control, hill descent control, central lock, speed-sensing door lock, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, park assist camera and among others.
