Hyundai Creta SX Executive Launched - Cheaper And Low On Features

Hyundai Creta became the best selling car for May 2021 and the mid-size SUV has been on a roll ever since it got launched. An average of 12000+ monthly sales puts the SUV in a sweet spot and to further bring in more sales, Hyundai has launched a much cheaper version of the Creta that is the SX Executive.

Hyundai Creta SX Executive was launched today and this variant is cheaper by Rs 79000 than the regular SX version. This new variant sits between S and SX and can be opted in both 1.5L petrol and 1.5L diesel engine. The petrol makes 115 PS with 144 Nm of peak torque while the diesel figure sticks to 115PS/250 Nm. This variant can be opted in with a 6-speed manual transmission only.

This variant also misses out on the Armkamys sound system, burglar alarm and driver rearview monitor. However, this one will come in body-coloured door handles, day-night IRVM, shark-fin antenna, cover instead of an infotainment system, USB ports, rearview camera and among other features.

The price for the petrol SX Executive sticks to Rs 13.18 lakh while that of diesel sticks to Rs 14.18 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. As of now, there are no reports if the automatic will be coming with this variant but since this will be a volume provider, we believe sooner or later we can get an automatic with this one.
