In October 2024, Mahindra sold 7,944 units of the Thar, compared to 8,843 units in September 2024, marking a significant increase from August sales. The boost in sales can be attributed to the discounts Mahindra offered - up to Rs 1.5 lakh in September, which was increased to Rs 3 lakh in October. These offers were made because of high demand of Thar Roxx, the 5-door version, which set new pre-booking records.
